These terms govern your use of the PeakPoint Records website and our world record consultancy services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

PeakPoint Records provides consultancy for individuals, schools, corporates, NGOs and communities who wish to plan and apply for a world record, including titles from the Asia Book of Records, India Book of Records and other record-awarding bodies. We assist with category selection, planning, documentation, event management and evidence collection.

No guarantee of a record

We do not control, and cannot guarantee the decisions of, any independent record-awarding body. Final verification, adjudication and certification rest solely with that body. Our role is to help you prepare the strongest possible application and attempt.

Independence

PeakPoint Records is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as an agent of Guinness World Records, the Asia Book of Records, the India Book of Records, or any other record-awarding organisation, unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific engagement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the record attempt, participants and evidence.
• Follow the safety, legal and category guidelines applicable to the attempt.
• Make payments as agreed before the relevant service milestones.

Fees and payment

Fees are communicated directly to clients based on the scope of the engagement. Fees for our consultancy services are separate from any application or certification fees charged by the record-awarding body itself.

Limitation of liability

PeakPoint Records is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a record attempt, except where caused by our own negligence. We are not liable for the decisions, delays or fees of third-party record-awarding bodies.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and videos, belongs to PeakPoint Records or its licensors unless otherwise credited. Third-party record-body names and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
